Ingredients 40 dkg cherry 12 dkg sugar A pinch of cinnamon A pinch of clove A pinch of salt 2 tablespoon flour 2 dl sour cream 1 dl milk 0.50 piece of lemon Preparation Wash the cherry, pit the cherry, put the cherry in a saucepan, scatter the cherry with sugar, cinnamon, clove, add the salt, then soft-boil by cooking it for 10 minutes with added 1 dl water. Mix the flour with the sour cream and milk until it is smooth, Take off the cherry from the fire, and mix the liaison/thichening with it. Boil the sauce for 5 minutes in slack oven.
