Egg diet as hard as a stone - 5 kilo minus in 3 weeks!

Weight losing with egg? Indeed, it is  possible. Of course not with scrambled eggs with sausages and onions or scrambled eggs with mayonnaise. This is a very strict, it can be even called brutal diet, but it is very effective.

The course of the diet: 1 week according to the diet, then 1 week without eating eggs (without eating fat and carbohydrate, if possible), then also 1 week according to the following.

Do not change the dietetic recipe, because it consist all the components, which is needed to keep physical strength during the diet. By strictly following it, it is possible to lose 5-6 kg. It is forbidden to consume alcohol during the diet!

Consuming coffee and tea is recommended without milk and sugar during the diet!


 Monday

Breakfast: half a grapefruit, 3 hard eggs, coffee

Lunch: 3 eggs, coffee

Dinner: 3 eggs, various salad, toast


Thursday

Breakfast: half a grapefruit, 1-3 eggs, coffee

Lunch: 3 eggs, tea

Dinner: one big slice of roasted meat, green salad, or sauerkraut


Wednesday

Breakfast: half a grapefruit, 1-3 eggs, coffee

Lunch: 2-3 eggs, spinach, tomato, or tomato juice

Dinner: half a grilled chicken, cucumber, tomato


Thursday

Breakfast: half a grapefruit, 1-3 eggs, coffee

Lunch: various salad, grapefruit, coffee

Dinner: 2-3 eggs, quark, 1 slice toast


Friday

Breakfast: half a grapefruit, 1-3 eggs, coffee

Lunch: 1-2 eggs, tea

Dinner: baked fish (not coated), various salad



Saturday

Breakfast: half a grapefruit, 1-3 eggs, coffee

Lunch: fruit salad

Dinner: one big slice of roasted meat, tomato, cucumber, tea

 

Sunday

Breakfast: half a grapefruit, 1-3 eggs, coffee

Lunch: roasted chicken, tomato, cooked cabbage, carrot

Dinner: vegetable soup, grapefruit, tea

Is it important how much yellow is the yellow?
