A quick spicy chicken breast

30 minutes, easy, cheap, 4 portion. Ingredients 4 chicken breast fillet, 1 teaspoon salt, a little Greek spice mix, a little white pepper, a little red paprika, oil. Preparation Wash the chicken breast fillets, and in water-free condition, cut into 2-3 slices. Mix the spices, pour a little into into them, and rotate the meat slices in this spicy oil, and leave it for at least 30 minutes. Put the meat slices into a mildly hot frying pan, cook with covering for 3-4 minutes. Turn around, and continue to cook for 2 minutes without covering.
