Cherry sauce recipe

15 minutes, easy, cheap, 4 portion.

Ingredients

  • 40 dkg cherry
  • 12 dkg sugar
  • A pinch of cinnamon
  • A pinch of clove
  • A pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 2 dl sour cream
  • 1 dl milk
  • 0.50 piece of lemon

Preparation

  1. Wash the cherry, pit the cherry, put the cherry in a saucepan, scatter the cherry with sugar, cinnamon, clove, add the salt, then soft-boil by cooking it for 10 minutes with added 1 dl water.
  2. Mix the flour with the sour cream and milk until it is smooth, Take off the cherry from the fire, and mix the liaison/thichening with it. Boil the sauce for 5 minutes in slack oven. We add the lemon juice only then.
