Cherry sauce recipe
15 minutes, easy, cheap, 4 portion.
Ingredients
- 40 dkg cherry
- 12 dkg sugar
- A pinch of cinnamon
- A pinch of clove
- A pinch of salt
- 2 tablespoon flour
- 2 dl sour cream
- 1 dl milk
- 0.50 piece of lemon
Preparation
- Wash the cherry, pit the cherry, put the cherry in a saucepan, scatter the cherry with sugar, cinnamon, clove, add the salt, then soft-boil by cooking it for 10 minutes with added 1 dl water.
- Mix the flour with the sour cream and milk until it is smooth, Take off the cherry from the fire, and mix the liaison/thichening with it. Boil the sauce for 5 minutes in slack oven. We add the lemon juice only then.
